LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

We grow people. We nurture plants. We impact properties.

MORE THAN LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

We are a Central Florida, family-owned business with the scale and resources of a large company. Our ownership is actively involved in our projects, and our goal is to provide solutions and work collaboratively. We love to build beautiful landscapes, solve complex challenges, and create great experiences for our clients, partners, and the community.

FOR GENERATIONS TO COME

We love to grow. As value-driven farmers of the land, we grow people, plants, and communities. With our vision of future generations always in mind, the sustainability of our landscapes are of the utmost importance. Not only do we enhance the beauty of your property, but we grow, construct, and maintain landscapes to bring communities together.

WE GROW PEOPLE

We invest in our people, and we always look to hire from within first. When the opportunity presents itself, we move our team members up the ranks. We encourage entrepreneurship, stress the necessity to mentor others, and emphasize the importance to build a strong team in preparation for future growth with the company. There is a future here for our employees, and this system engages the best people in our business, which translates into them taking a great deal of pride in their work.

HORTICULTURAL EXPERTS

We are horticultural experts. As the second-largest tree farm in the Southeast, and with 1800 acres of trees, palms, and shrubs, Cherrylake has been recognized as an industry leader in quality since our founding in 1985. For 35 years, our farm has researched, developed, and implemented the leading practices in horticulture. We grow trees that not only look beautiful but also thrive in the landscape. Our maintenance programs carry that same horticulture expertise and are carefully executed by trained and dedicated landscape professionals.

FULLY INTEGRATED

FARM

On our farm in central Florida, we follow responsible processes to grow plant material from greenhouse seedlings to large specimen trees.

CONSTRUCTION

We then install those plants and irrigation systems on large, high-profile projects throughout the central Florida area.

MAINTENANCE

We provide continuing maintenance and sustainable care for these same plants and projects for generations to come.

SUSTAINABLE
MAINTENANCE

13 million people are moving to Florida in the next 50 years. We’re here to keep Florida beautiful while implementing sustainable practices. From reducing the use of resources to ensuring the right tree is planted in the right place, we are working directly with academic institutions and municipalities to create research programs focused around sustainable Florida landscapes.
