Altis at Wiregrass continues the Altis brand, setting the bar for high end, yet affordable, apartment communities. Located in the heart of Wesley Chapel, Florida, the complex is a modern oasis with attractive views. Because the original soils on the jobsite contained a large amount of clay, the area had difficulty with percolation. Cherrylake suggested changing the soil and using Florida native plants and grasses as a solution, ultimately solving the problem while providing a sustainable plant palette.  

Altis at Wiregrass is decorated with various greens including Sweetbay Magnolias, Red Maples, Hollies, palm trees, and Crape Myrtles. Cherrylake’s landscaping of the complex mimics the architecture as upscale and artfully designed. A number of palms weave throughout and around the recreational pool area, resulting in a relaxing atmosphere akin to tropical vacations.
