Cherrylake deeply values its long-standing partnership with Pulte. Our relationship is built on open communication and has led to strategic alignment around Pulte's large, high-profile developments. These projects prioritize the high-quality standards that define Cherrylake, while also benefiting from our proactive approach in allocating crews ahead of schedule. This ensures we consistently meet Pulte’s demanding construction timelines while safeguarding operational efficiencies for Cherrylake -- a true win-win.

Our transparent approach led to us securing contracts for four Del Webb communities: Del Webb Sunbridge, Del Webb Oasis, Del Webb Viera, and Del Webb Minneola. Del Webb communities are Pulte’s premier 55+ age-restricted developments, known for their lush landscapes and top-tier amenities. These projects total over $15 million in revenue, with Del Webb Viera being our largest to date.

Each community reflects its own distinct theme. Del Webb Oasis is a tropical retreat featuring Sylvester, foxtail, and ribbon palms. Del Webb Minneola has a native Florida forest feel, with pine trees and sabal palms evoking the Ocala Forest. Del Webb Sunbridge embodies classic Florida landscaping, with sabal palms and vibrant firebush and schefflera. Del Webb Viera presents a transitional design with a palm-heavy entrance that shifts into Florida's wetland and woodland aesthetics.

Each project presented unique opportunities for creativity and learning. At Viera, we adapted to unfamiliar soil conditions and designed around ponds and canals. At Sunbridge, we introduced LifeSoils Command Compost, which significantly improved plant vitality. Minneola's varying elevations required innovative rockwork to prevent washout and give the look of a dry river bed flowing through the landscape. At Oasis, we refined our abilities to work with sandy soil. It is in these opportunities that our team learns to grow and innovate.
