Alta at Health Village

Alta at Health Village is the new standard of refinement for Orlando apartment living. This project presented an opportunity to come up with unconventional ways to navigate tight site conditions. There were 17 total Sylvester palms planted including some across Orange Avenue for AdventHealth. Plant material was placed throughout a courtyard, streetscapes and amenity deck. It was no small feat craning soil and trees, including 6 large Sylvester Palms onto the roof of this seven story building. All of this made for an urban landscape amongst this lavish community.
