Del Webb Sunbridge - Cherrylake

Del Webb Sunbridge

Del Webb Sunbridge is a premiere 55+ neighborhood for active adults that includes high-end properties and verdant landscapes. This neighborhood lies in Sunbridge, a planned 24,000-acre community across Orange and Osceola Counties. It was inspired by Lake Nona’s innovative live/work/play community design and was built around 13,000 acres of conservation land and is committed to the vision of a community that lives in harmony with nature.

One hundred eighty Sabal palm trees installed at the two entrances of Del Webb Sunbridge complement the waterfall fixtures creating a remarkable entrance that communicates the grandeur of this neighborhood. There are 48,000 plants, 789 palms and 1,617 trees planted on the property which includes Hammock Club, a luxurious state-of-the-art nine acre amenity.

This is a multi-phase project. Cherrylake has contracts for the entrance, boulevard, models, east frontage, amenities and phases II A&B, with more phases to come. In addition to Del Webb Sunbridge, Cherrylake is installing Del Webb Oasis, Del Webb Viera and Del Webb Minneola.
