ABOUT

Our Mission at Cornerstone Hospice is to make quality hospice care available to all persons, their families, and those affected by serious illness, death and dying in our community.

Our Goal is to maintain the highest quality of remaining life to the greatest extent possible and to provide the patient and family dignity, choices and control.

Our Philosophy Hospice provides palliative care rather than curative treatment for seriously ill patients and their families when life expectancy is approximately one year.

Founded in 1984, Cornerstone Hospice & Palliative Care is a community based non-profit hospice which provides the highest quality of end-of-life services to anyone in need; regardless of their ability to pay. Last year, Cornerstone provided critical end-of-life services for more than 6,000 individuals and their families.
